In the last three years, we've used Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), poka yoke error proofing, control plans and Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) to launch more than 150 new part numbers while achieving a 100-percent process sign-off (PSO) rate, achieved the first time, every time with each new part and customer.
