Kenneth R. Doman, Chief Financial Officer

Kenneth (Ken) R. Doman, CPA, is Chief Financial Officer of Empire Electronics, one of the world´s fastest-growing suppliers of wiring harnesses, connectors and molded products to the automotive industry.

He has direct responsibility for Empire Electronics´ global financial organization, including all banking, finance, treasury, tax, financial reporting and accounting functions. In addition, he is responsible for financial management and reporting for the company´s foreign trade zone. He joined the company in 2000.

Doman received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from Michigan State University and his Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Detroit Mercy. He is a Certified Public Accountant.

He resides in Royal Oak, Mich., with his wife, Margaret, and their three children.
